Refund and Cancellation Policy

At OGSSI, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality services and products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund and cancellation policy:
Refunds
Services: If you have purchased a service from OGSSI and are not satisfied with the service you received, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at info@ogssi.org and provide us with your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and issue a refund if we determine that it is appropriate.
Products: If you have purchased a product from OGSSI and are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ogssi.org and provide us with your name, order number, and the reason for your return request. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, and we will issue a refund once we receive the returned item.
Cancellations
Services: If you need to cancel a service you have purchased from OGSSI, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. We will cancel the service and issue a refund if applicable.
Products: If you need to cancel an order for a product you have purchased from OGSSI, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.
Please note that refunds may take several business days to process depending on your payment method.
